About the Role:

* You will work across multiple settings, including therapeutic residential care, home-based care, disability services, and more.
* Collaboration with other professionals is essential to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.
* A minimum of three days per week on-call commitment is required.
Requirements:
* Cert IV in a related Community Services qualification (or currently studying).
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shot.
* Current Police Check and Working With Children's Check.
* Current Tasmanian Drivers Licence and NDIS Check.
