The ADON Education leads educational services at an advanced level, enabling an evidence-based learning culture for the career development of staff, and expansion of scope based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and governance over professional practice development and clinical education pathways, practice improvement and scope optimisation.
Enable an evidence-based learning culture for the career development of staff, and expansion of scope.
Lead the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and governance of SCHHS education and professional practice priorities for nursing and midwifery.
