We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Permanent Part Time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role is a level 3 classification paying $27.17 per hour, plus other allowances. Hours are a minimum of 5.5hrs per fortnight. You will be required to travel to the areas in and around Renmark, Berri and Riverland. It is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct monthly site visits to perform cleaning inspections in designated areas
* Provide on-site training and support to cleaning staff
* Organize and coordinate staff shifts as needed
* Oversee stock control and inventory management
* Handle additional operational duties as they arise
* Provide coverage for staff absences when required performing the following activities: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying rubbish bin, cleaning toilet/shower facilities, cleaning glass surfaces, pathological cleaning duties
Requirements
* Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience
* Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
* Must have a reliable personal vehicle, as travel across various regions is required. A travel allowance will be provided to cover mileage and related expenses.
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively
* Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
* Have unrestricted work rights in Australia
* Willing to undertake other compliance checks as required
