Job Overview
We are seeking an intermediate-level Contract Administrator to work on a valued social housing project.
The successful candidate will have experience working on commercial projects and a solid understanding of construction contracts & procurement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recommending and engaging subcontractors to procure materials and services.
2. Handling progress claims, variations, and contractual notices to effectively manage the project's progress.
3. Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to carry out their work efficiently.
4. Implementing efficient document control and reporting procedures.
5. Delivering precise project reports and monthly forecasts.
6. Providing financial management and support to the Project Manager.
Requirements include 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, full Australian working rights, and experience using Jobpac software or similar.
