HR Success has been helping small to medium-sized businesses manage the "people stuff" in their business_ _for 15 years. We're currently a team of two, looking to add a third to help us provide professional, personal and practical support to our clients.
The person we are looking for will share our down-to-Earth, practical approach to consulting and ideally have a good dose of HR-savvy and experience.
As this role will have a particular focus on supporting and further developing the recruitment side of the business, some level of recruitment experience is required.
While we have an office in Penrith, we're very flexible and remote work is absolutely possible, though willingness and ability to occasionally travel to client sites (predominantly in Western Sydney) is required.
In addition to providing a quality recruitment service to our clients and contributing to business development efforts, you may also over time have the opportunity to provide broader support to our clients in relation to, for example; Awards and employment contracts/agreements, performance management, HR policies and procedures, grievance management, supporting restructuring/redundancies, and so on.
While we estimate 10-20 hours per week, there is potential for the right person to grow the role.
- Recruitment and/or HR knowledge and experience, preferably supported by a relevant qualification
- At least a general understanding of legislation impacting employment, particularly the Fair Work Act
- A down-to-Earth, practical and personable approach
- Proven customer-service focus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, be highly organised and maintain strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, orally and in writing
- Experience with MS Office products and generally "tech-savviness" (including familiarity with social media)
- Current driver's license
