Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager who can build relationships, drive continuous improvement, and shape services to ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
This role offers the opportunity to lead auditing and delivery of new projects, conduct external audits aligned with ICH-GCP and NHMRC requirements, develop policies and procedures to support project review processes, engage with stakeholders to build partnerships, and contribute to projects through planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Develop strategic plans for project delivery.
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain effective relationships with research sites and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and governance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a purpose-driven organisation that supports flexible working arrangements and celebrates diverse perspectives.
