Job Overview: Sales Development Representative
Loftware is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development Team.
The candidate will be an individual who can generate new business pipeline over the telephone, email and social media, and is looking to grow their software sales career in a collaborative, solution-based selling environment. Loftware invests in the best sales tools to help you achieve your goals, including, Salesloft, Zoominfo and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
* Establish, develop, and grow new business relationships over telephone, email, and social media channels within enterprise-level organisations and prospect contact sets.
* Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
* Understand and uncover a prospect organisation's business drivers, challenges, pain points, and potential alignment with the Loftware solution set
* Identify new opportunities and pass them to the sales representatives you support
* Align with sales to effectively create and execute on regional territory outbound prospecting plans
* Utilise and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively
* Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, B2B sales, and outbound cold-calling
* General understanding of Information Technology
* Able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
* Confidence to evangelise the Loftware brand and teach prospects about Enterprise Labelling & Artwork Management and their importance in the supply chain
* Multi-lingual skills is a plus
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-3 years' experience in a sales or sales development role
* Strong work ethic
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* A lifetime learner who has a deep interest in technology and seeks a career in sales
* Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
