We are currently seeking an experienced automotive leader to take on the role of Dealer Principal at Toowong Mazda in Queensland.
As part of Australia's most progressive automotive retail group, the Dealer Principal role is a key leadership position within the business. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing dealership while being supported by the scale, capability and resources of a large ASX-listed organisation.

The Opportunity
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the dealership. You will be accountable for delivering strong commercial results, leading high‐performing teams and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the day‐to‐day operations of the dealership
* Achieving and exceeding all financial and operational targets
* Driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
* Building, developing and coaching a high‐performing team culture
* Working collaboratively across the Autosports Group national dealership network
* Partnering closely with the Mazda brand and manufacturer representatives
* Creating and maintaining a positive, safe and high‐performing workplace
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced automotive leader with a proven track record of delivering strong dealership performance.
You will demonstrate:
* Proven success in a Dealer Principal or General Manager role within the Australian automotive industry
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and dealership performance management
* Exceptional people leadership and team development capability
* The ability to build strong relationships with OEM partners and key stakeholders
* A passion for the automotive industry and a drive to deliver above benchmark results
