**Our client**
Large construction organisation, seeking experienced AP Manager with exceptional leadership and change management skills.
**The role**
Reporting into a dynamic CFO, you will manage a large AP team, with the prospect of taking on systems implementation projects. You'll be responsible for delivery & execution of quality service across each of these functions, as well as hiring, management and development of staff and internal & external stakeholder management.
In addition, you'll utilise your extensive project management experience in order to identify process improvement opportunities and drive through transformation initiatives to improve the shared services function.
**About you**
You are an experienced manager of small to medium transactional finance teams, certainly with a background in managing a medium AP function (minimum 3 staff). You will have people management experience of 4+ years
Crucially, you'll have a natural ability to lead people, drive change and manage stakeholder relationships.
