Plumber/Irrigation Mechanic
Overview
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a skilled Plumber/Irrigation Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all facilities plumbing systems and applications.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair domestic water systems, including water booster pumps, gauges, and boiler temperature readings.
* Repair showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps, and on-site facilities.
* Perform preventive maintenance on systems and maintain applicable log books.
* Record gauge readings, repairs completed, and time lost due to inoperative equipment.
* Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
Requirements
* High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
* Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience with commercial/industrial plumbing or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
* Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
