Customer Service, PA&A and Consumer Support
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, APAC the Customer service PA&A and consumer support will Act as a front of house advisor representing BRP globally by providing efficient expert advice, answering dealer and consumer inquiries quickly and focusing on right the first time whilst reflecting our quality service pledge.

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
**Service advising**:
Be knowledgeable on all known product issues in order to support dealer inquiries
Answer all channels; Case, Phone, Live chat following the service levels and set targets
Identify situation out of scope that require increased efforts/time to resolve and ensure they are transferred promptly to the right team.
Support other internal departments and our partners with technical inquiries.
**PA&A support**:
Manage the selective release and planning book for critical parts
Identify market and warranty insights to Global PA&A planning teams
Manage auto ship process for mandatory tools or warranty campaign related parts
**Consumer support**:
Develop, negotiate, and deliver to customers quality solutions to their complex requests.
Balance company and customer needs with customer experience.
Identify and escalate emerging customer dissatisfier to order to seize opportunities for operational improvements.
Establish relationships with other functions and departments to mobilize the right resources when needed to reach the best possible reconciliation.
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Relevant work experience of 2 to 5 years would be a strong asset
Knowledge of recreational products or automotive.
Mechanical/Technical experience is a plus
Leadership with issues ownership/resolution
Organized work methods and disciplined execution of tasks
