* Manage documentation, including Arbitration Books, subpoenas, letters, writs, and complaints.
* Record outcomes accurately in internal systems, maintain records, and identify legal privilege matters.
* Provide support for arbitration and litigation, including diarising hearings and preparing data reporting.
* Respond to queries, build relationships, and handle requests promptly.
* Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support during high-demand periods.
About You:
* Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and legal processes within workers' compensation is essential.
* You should have strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills are required.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
