We are seeking a dynamic, talented, and motivatedHead of Salesto join our passionate team and help lead our national and international sales efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive our continued growth and lead a high-performing team.
About the Role
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the national sales team, driving sales performance, and managing key accounts and export partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Team Leadership:Manage, motivate, and drive the performance of the national sales team across Australia.
* Account Management:Oversee domestic and international key accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
* Team Development:Manage the education and professional development of the sales team.
* Performance Management:Set sales targets, budgets, and ensure sales reports are regularly provided to management.
* Sales Strategy:Build and execute well-defined sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
* Market Development:Identify new market opportunities to expand the business.
* Sales Analysis:Analyse sales information to identify market gaps and respond accordingly.
* Process Improvement:Recommend improvements in sales processes and productivity.
* Marketing & Promotions:Coordinate marketing plans, product launches, and sales meetings.
* HR Oversight:Conduct performance reviews and supervise HR-related matters for the national sales team.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be:
* A highly motivated and results-driven sales professional.
* Experienced in sales, relationship management, and account management.
* A natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
* Willing to travel as required (including interstate and overseas), and available to work weekends for events.
