Job Opportunity: Parts Inventory Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing critical parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing downtime across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and control mining maintenance parts inventory
* Operate within internal CMMS system to track parts usage, stock levels, and work orders
* Oversee the stores purchasing function, including raising and processing purchase orders
* Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize downtime across site operations
* Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
* Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand
Requirements:
* Previous experience in parts inventory control within a mining or heavy industry environment
* Proficiency in purchase order management and vendor coordination
* Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
* Experience using CMMS systems - FleetMEX experience highly regarded
* Solid knowledge of stores purchasing and stock control processes
* Current Driver's Licence - essential

* Australian Working Rights - essential
