To be successful you will have the following:
* Trade qualifications are ideal, but strong hands-on experience is essential
* 2–5+ years of Foreman experience with a reputable company
* Experience on projects valued over $50M is highly desirable

In this role, you'll play a key part in a landmark twin-tower student accommodation development valued up to $285m.
You will have proven experience delivering commercial/residential projects as a Foreman, with strong expertise in finishes. You will be skilled at driving productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality on every project.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and exposure to residential projects.
