About the Role

Carnival Corporation & plc is excited to welcome a Sales Manager to our Princess Cruises team. This full-time, permanent role is remote-based in Sydney and covers the NSW and ACT territory, reporting to the Field Sales and Key Account Manager.

As a key commercial driver and brand ambassador, you'll manage and grow trade relationships, deliver engaging product education, and drive cruise sales performance across your territory. This autonomous, field-based role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building strong partnerships, and representing a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive passenger growth and revenue through strategic sales activity
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the travel agency network
* Deliver engaging product education to increase agent knowledge and confidence
* Lead consumer events, expos, and ship inspections to build brand awarenessSecure and execute joint marketing campaigns with key partners
* Monitor territory performance using reports and market insights
* Identify new business opportunities and develop new trade partnerships
About You

You're a commercially minded sales or business development professional who thrives in a relationship-led environment. You take ownership of your territory, enjoy presenting to diverse audiences, and are confident working independently while collaborating with a wider team.

With strong communication and presentation skills, you're comfortable leading training sessions, pitching marketing initiatives, and hosting engaging consumer events. Your passion for travel and cruising makes you a natural advocate for Princess Cruises.

To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or business development
* Travel or tourism industry experience, ideally in a field-based role
* Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven relationship-building and negotiation capability
* Confidence using data and reports to guide sales strategy
* A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
* Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools
* Exposure to consumer events, expos, or cruise-related activities (highly regarded)
* Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting platforms
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
