Job Description
The role of Legal Administrative Support Officer is a key position in the delivery of business operations. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative services to facilitate organisational objectives.
This diverse role requires a person who can prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with diary appointments, records, and correspondence, scheduling meetings to manage agendas effectively.
* Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes to support business requirements.
* Support the implementation and operation of legal document management systems, including litigation case management systems, and other systems.
* Assist with financial payments and reporting.
* Maintain and update administrative practices, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
* Support the Senior Legal Administration Officer with various administrative functions, including coordination and workflow of work in progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent reporting skills.
* Advanced knowledge and operation of Office 365 suite.
* Ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
