About the Role
You will support the management of a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties while also assisting with the day-to-day coordination and administration of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day coordination of strata/property portfolios
* Answer incoming telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally
* Manage, sort, and respond to incoming emails in a timely manner
* Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and committee members
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and general correspondence
* Coordinate maintenance and follow up on works and contractors
* Assist with general financial administration
* Maintain organised records and ensure tasks are followed through
* Provide general office and administrative support as required

* Experience in strata, property management, real estate, or a strong administrative background is appreciated
