As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking two experienced Sales Representatives/Account Managers to join our dynamic team.
One role will focus on inbound sales, within the region of W.A while the other will focus on outbound sales, with the region of W.A and the East Coast.
Both positions are based at our Head Office in Rockingham, Western Australia.
About the Inbound Sales Representative/Account Manager Role:
The Inbound Sales Representative/Account Manager is a sales-driven role that involves procuring inbound feedstock for our cutting-edge recycling facility.
You will work closely with large and small tyre retailers, service centres, and industry partners to ensure a consistent supply of end-of-life tyres, supporting RubberGem's circular economy model, where old tyres are transformed into new, sustainable products.
You will maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
What you'll be doing:
Proactively identifying and securing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.Promoting RubberGem's full circular economy approach to tyre recycling.Accurately forecasting sales and pipeline, and providing regular updates to the sales management team.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.Staying up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help shape the company's strategic initiatives.About the Outbound Sales Representative/Account Manager Role:
As Outbound Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach in agricultural comfort flooring (Dairy, Beef, and Equestrian), industrial flooring, and personal flooring solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural, industrial, and commercial clients.Promote and sell DairyGrip rolls and mats, along with other premium rubber flooring solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.Provide product knowledge and support to customers.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across Australia.Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute sales strategies.Interstate travel at times to meet with clients and attend industry events.What we're looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the sales industry.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.Proficient in using sales software, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies.Passionate about building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.Inbound Sales to have experience in waste management, logistics, or the recycling industry (preferred but not essential).Outbound Sales to have experience in agricultural, dairy or equestrian fields (preferred but not essential).What We Offer:
