Manager, Business Risk Partner (BH- ) — Location Macquarie Park, Australia. Sector Telecommunications. Salary Competitive Daily Rate. This is a unique chance to embed risk management directly into business operations and play a critical role in shaping governance during a period of enterprise change.
Responsibilities
Implement the enterprise risk management framework within assigned business units.
Run BU risk committees and strengthen governance practices.
Maintain and update risk registers, profiles, and control documentation.
Conduct change impact assessments and provide advice on risk treatment.
Monitor remediation actions and ensure compliance with policies.
Prepare risk reports and insights for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
5+ years’ operational risk, controls, or compliance experience.
Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO, COSO, etc.).
Experience working with GRC systems and compliance reporting.
Confidence engaging with business leaders and external auditors.
