This standalone IT Project Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience delivering a technology project across a dynamic, multi-site healthcare environment.
You'll be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end rollout of a new telephony system across VetPartners clinics in Australia and New Zealand. This includes establishing project governance, managing stakeholder engagement, building deployment schedules, and supporting change management activities to ensure smooth and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
* Establishing project governance by developing charters, documentation, and setting up regular engagement with stakeholders and steering groups
* Managing stakeholder relationships, from clinic teams and business leaders to vendors—keeping everyone informed, aligned, and engaged
* Driving the project timeline, mapping out milestones, monitoring the critical path, and responding quickly to risks or delays
* Creating and executing a deployment schedule that ensures smooth implementation across multiple sites in a large geographic area
* Leading change management activities including communications, training, and supporting teams as they transition to the new telephony system
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
* Qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field
* Excellent organisational skills and a natural ability to juggle competing priorities
* Confidence to coordinate stakeholders at all levels, with clear and professional communication
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, and comfort working independently
* Interest in project management and the motivation to grow your skills in a supportive environment
* Experience in tech or systems rollout (nice to have, but not essential)
