About the Position


The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project administration, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and maintaining records. They will also assist with document control, travel arrangements, and progress claims.




Key Responsibilities:



* Draft professional correspondence for approval

* Issue purchase orders as required

* Gather and file key project documentation

* Enter data accurately and efficiently

* Follow established document control procedures

* Manage travel arrangements and itineraries

* Draft progress claims and head/subcontract documentation

* Attend meetings and take effective notes

* Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed

* Collate project information and contribute to monthly project discussions

* Develop and maintain project knowledge, including scope of work and progress tracking

* Familiarize themselves with our systems to optimize project outcomes
