Organisational Development Officer
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture as an Organisational Development Officer with our client, a local government in the west.
This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday, with the opportunity to work from home twice a week once fully induced.
About the Role:
1. L&D Program Implementation: Support the implementation and administration of learning and development programs.
2. Learning Management System: Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (Acorn experience highly desirable).
3. Compliance Training: Assist with compliance training, engagement surveys, and competency frameworks.
4. First Point of Contact: Be the first point of contact for L&D queries and maintain intranet resources.
5. Project Coordination: Coordinate OD projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
About You:
1. L&D Experience: Previous experience as an L&D Officer or Organisational Development professional.
2. Learning Management Systems: Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Acorn preferred).
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
