Requirements
* Ideally, you will have experience in curtain making, drapery sewing, or similar soft furnishings role.
* Strong sewing skills, including proficiency with industrial machines.
* Excellent measuring and cutting accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Experience with roman blinds or cushions is a bonus.

Job Role (we can teach aspects of the below)
* Measure, cut, and sew custom curtains, drapes, valances, and other soft furnishings to client specifications.
* Operate industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, etc.) and perform hand sewing where required.
* Create pleats (e.g., pinch, cartridge, or box), headings, and linings for professional finishes.
* Handle a variety of fabrics, including interlinings, blackouts, and delicate materials.
* Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail in every piece.
* Assist with pattern preparation, fabric inspection, and occasional customer consultations.
* Maintain a clean and organized workroom.
