You will bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organizational skills to the role.Successful candidates will provide support to NDIS participants residing in the Central Coast and Tuggerah areas.We offer structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. You may work in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, clients' homes, and/or our clinic space.Responsibilities include:Managing an allocated caseload (based on negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic servicesAssessing participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions through clinical observations and standardized assessmentsInterpreting findings to develop individualized treatment goalsProviding evidence-based interventions to enhance participants’ quality of life and achieve their goalsMentoring and supporting early career cliniciansStaying informed about current legislation to ensure complianceWhat’s in it for you?We support you as you support many.
