What you will be doing
Provide coordinated 'tumour specific' cancer care for patients with HCC and manage their underlying advanced liver disease, following relevant policies and procedures of the Mid North Coast Local Health District, NSW Ministry of Health, and national plans.
About You
This role requires a Registered Nurse with 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Cancer Care, GIT Nursing, and Hepatology. A strong understanding of HCC and liver disease issues, combined with an empathetic approach to patient welfare, is essential. As a team leader, you will develop and contribute to specialised educational resources and provide education, counselling, and supervision on complex clinical issues to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
