THE ROLE Proudly Australian-owned provider of crop solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Agronomist to join their growing team. You’ll be part of a close-knit, values-driven team that isn’t afraid to challenge the norm and deliver real results for our customers. THE RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a trusted technical advisor to growers and distributors, building strong, lasting partnerships. Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs. Contribute to field trial design, data analysis and the development of resources to support education and sales. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members and distributor partners to maintain high service standards. Manage R&D projects and other initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. THE REQUIREMENTS A degree in Agronomy (or related discipline) with at least 5 years’ relevant industry experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and a strong track record of delivering results. Proven ability to attract and retain customers and identify growth opportunities. Location & Remuneration This full-time role is based in Mildura VIC, with regular regional travel required to service clients and distributors. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated, reflecting your skills and experience.
