We're currently seeking an experienced Baker to join a growing team at a modern pizza base production facility located in Epping. This is a permanent, full-time role working day shifts, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will play an important role in daily production, preparing and mixing dough, shaping portions, and assisting across all stages of the baking process to ensure consistency and quality in every batch.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, and shape dough for pizza base production.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and dough dividers.
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace.
Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet daily targets.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a commercial bakery or similar food production environment.
Minimum 1-2 years of commercial bakery experience required.
Solid understanding of baking techniques, dough preparation, and ingredient handling.
Experience with sourdough or fermented dough (highly regarded).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
