The Role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring systems, compliance, presentation and processes are maintained to a high standard, while enabling agents to perform at their best.
This is a multi-faceted role offering real ownership, variety and influence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day office administration, suppliers and presentation
* Managing systems, CRM platforms, Domain & REA profiles and listings
* Supporting sales administration, contracts, Form 6 & Form 10 processing
* Assisting with settlements, campaign launches and transaction coordination
* Managing onboarding and offboarding of staff and agents
* Overseeing VA processes and supporting audit requirements
* Providing ad-hoc rentals and sales support when required
About You
You're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment. You take pride in running a tight ship and enjoy being the go-to person for the office.
You will bring:
* Previous experience in a Real Estate Office Manager or Senior Admin role
* Strong knowledge of sales processes, compliance and documentation
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Confidence working with real estate systems and technology
* A solutions-focused, reliable and professional approach
