**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a combination of relevant training and experience.
- At least 6 months experience as an Accounts Assistant or willing to learn.
- Experience using Xero (Xero Certified), MYOB
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and BAS processing.
- Demonstrated ability to be organised, prioritise work, and manage time effectively.
- Current drivers' license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Has leadership qualities and the ability to grow within the company to a Managerial role.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarises current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending Policies and Procedures.
- Timely and accurate processing of end-to-end payroll including salary packaging, leave management and superannuation, responding to staff wage and salary queries, process and paying employees' Superannuation.
- Accounts Payable, process accounts payable in Xero and maintain archiving accounts. Accounts Receivables, raise & process invoices as requested and bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of BAS and superannuation statements, credit card, and employee expense reimbursement.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends.
- Process of Dynamic Support Service's full-function account processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collection of accounts.
**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
