Job Title: Administration Support Specialist


About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth delivery of care by supporting a range of health professionals in a community-focused setting.


Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support across various teams.
* Manage rosters, support teams face-to-face and over the phone, and assist with problem-solving, planning and prioritising workflow.
* Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with strong reasoning and ability to manage competing priorities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, problem-solving ability, and confidence in planning your workday.
