The Role
Working closely with a Michelin-trained Head Chef and an experienced kitchen team, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation of a high-volume kitchen, delivering consistent, high-quality food across lunch, dinner, and events while upholding professional kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Run and manage your section during service
* Ensure consistency and quality of dishes leaving your section
* Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, uniform, and hygiene
* Support and guide junior team members
* Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards

* Previous experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen
* Willingness to learn and grow

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
