As an accomplished Electrical Estimator with experience in Data Centres, you will deliver detailed and accurate estimates that align with project requirements. This involves reviewing customer needs, analysing labour, materials, and equipment specifications, and preparing thorough cost estimates and proposals. You will collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to validate pricing and ensure competitiveness. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and planners, you will stay informed on market trends and adjust estimates as project scopes evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong electrical background within construction or engineering
* Hands-on experience estimating in MV and HV fit-outs for data centre projects
* Technical knowledge to understand complex requirements
* Proven track record in cost analysis or estimating, particularly for data centres or similar infrastructure
* Confidence using estimating software to streamline workflows and enhance precision
