Job Title: Network Administration Officer
The role of a Network Administration Officer is crucial in the delivery of day-to-day services across various neighbourhood teams. This position provides professional and efficient administrative support virtually to these teams, covering planned and unplanned leave.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with different neighbourhoods at any given time, providing support during planned leave or additional assistance when needed.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
* Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
* Create rosters and schedules to support neighbourhood needs.
* Prepare correspondence and documentation as required.
* Organise appointments, diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting preparatory tasks effectively.
* Maintain office supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, and ensure the accuracy of financial, human resource, and other system information.
* Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in mainstream software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
* Support senior staff on special projects as necessary.
