Opportunity
The Planned Giving Specialist (Growth) will play a key role in the delivery and growth of the Leukaemia Foundation's Gift in Will program. This position is responsible for delivering Gift in Will campaigns and communications, with a focus on acquiring new leads and converting interested bequestors to confirmed. This role will support the growth of the Gifts in Wills pipeline and increase long-term bequest income.
Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager, this is a full-time permanent position. This role will be based out of our Adelaide office Lightsview, we are also open to applicants based out of Sydney (Artarmon), Brisbane (Dutton Park or Coopers Plains) sites. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week. Interstate travel will be required in this role.
Does this sound like you:
Essential:
* Experience delivering acquisition and conversion campaigns, with expertise in direct mail and digital appeals, with a focus on Gifts in Wills, Cash Appeals or Regular Gifts
* Knowledge of data segmentation to deliver targeted campaigns and improve outcomes
* Ability to undertake business travel to fulfil requirements of this position
* Demonstrated knowledge of FIA Code of Conduct/Standards of Fundraising
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive data
* Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencement and maintain this clearance for the duration of employment.
Desirable:
* Experience using CRM system Salesforce
* Experience working in a health-related organisation would be advantageous
* Experience delivering supporter surveys to identify and cultivate GIW prospects
* Experience in converting prospects into confirmed bequestors through above-the-line advertising and mass-market channels
