Overview
Techforce are seeking Factory Hands, Forklift Drivers & Machine Operators for an immediate start. Initially, you will start off doing general process duties within the manufacturing team. However, if you demonstrate a mechanical aptitude, you could progress to other areas within the factory. The candidate will be required to pick, pack, sort, inspect and separate our clients products whilst operating some machinery and be responsible for other general production duties.
Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, sort, inspect and separate products while operating some machinery; perform general production duties.
* Start with general process duties and potentially progress within the factory based on mechanical aptitude.
Qualifications
* Ability to work on a production line in a fast paced manufacturing environment;
* A driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle;
* Ability to perform manual handling up to 15 kgs;
* Great attention to detail and an eye for quality;
* Full working rights with no restrictions on hours.
Preferred
* Experience in a manufacturing environment;
* An understanding of Workplace Safety and Policies;
* The ability to work in a team and autonomously;
* Current LF high risk forklift licence;
* Experience operating machinery.
