Key Responsibilities:
* In-depth knowledge of UK labour laws and a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements.
* Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
* Great collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluency in written and verbal English.
* Experience in Workday or other HRIS would be an asset.
