Your new role

* Leading and motivating a passionate team of 13 casuals to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
* Creating and managing rosters to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
* Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a culture of excellence.
* Driving local marketing initiatives and community engagement to grow your customer base and elevate the in-store experience.
* Managing store operations, financials, and KPIs to achieve business goals.
* Mentoring future leaders and fostering a supportive, growth-focused environment.
* Overseeing stock control and cost management to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

What you'll need to succeed

* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail setting.
* Strong commercial acumen and business management skills.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities
* A calm, adaptable approach under pressure and a professional presence.
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
