Role Overview
The Finance Officer plays a vital role in supporting school staff and regional teams with financial management guidance. This includes developing relationships with schools, regions to foster a deep understanding of business priorities and service delivery objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on financial management issues and requirements.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with central office contacts, schools, and regions.
* Deliver training on financial management policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Support the development of Executive Management Reports and monthly business reports.
* Identify system or policy issues and monitor financial management competencies.
* Model professional workplace behavior by collaborating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
