**The Role**
Sheldon College is seeking a professional and welcoming College Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our vibrant school community. This important role is central to creating a positive first impression for visitors, students, and staff alike.
The Receptionist provides exceptional customer service and high-level administrative support in a dynamic school environment. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the efficient daily operations of the College.**

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a front office or receptionist role, ideally in a school or service-focused environment.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset with the ability to engage positively with students, parents, staff, and the College Community and visitors.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and mail merge) and school administration systems - TASS (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks over a day.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement
