Key Responsibilities
As aLogistics Development Manager, you'll:
Support the rollout of ourWarehousing Excellence Roadmap, tailoring European initiatives to UK & Ireland operations.
Define and implementstandardised operational proceduresthat elevate efficiency and consistency across sites.
Leadfacility-level improvement projects– from deployment to evaluation – ensuring measurable impact.
Promote acontinuous improvement culture, delivering training and coaching to regional teams.
Supportinventory accuracy and SOX compliance, working closely with Supply Chain Planning and European colleagues.
Align with the European team onWMS strategy and technology rollouts, ensuring local readiness and adoption.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing clear updates, impact reporting, and escalation when required.
Skills and Experience
We're seeking someone who brings:
A strong background inlogistics, warehousing, or supply chain development.
Proven experience inprocess improvement, lean methodology, or operational excellence initiatives.
Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to influence, coach, and drive engagement at all levels.
A mindset forcontinuous improvement and innovation, with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland region when needed.
