The Role
We are seeking Farm Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day management and operations of our berry farms, with a focus on farm maintenance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Farm Manager with daily operations and long-term farm expansion projects
* Supervise and coordinate teams on construction and maintenance of farm infrastructure, including tunnels, greenhouses, irrigation systems, and nursery facilities
* Oversee tunnel building, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and crop protection
* Assist with planning and delivery of new farm developments and upgrades
* Monitor quality and safety standards across all farm worksites
* Ensure projects and daily tasks are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard
* Promote and enforce safe work practices and procedures with all staff
About You

Desired skills and qualities:
* Experience supervising farm or horticulture teams desired but not required.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility
* A positive, can-do attitude, even when working outdoors in all weather
* Basic mechanical or practical skills (an advantage but not essential)
* Forklift licence and First Aid certification are a bonus, but training can be provided
* Valid driver's licence (essential for travelling between farm sites and transporting equipment)
* Must have the legal right to work in Australia
