The Company

The Role

This is a hands‐on sales leadership role with clear accountability for revenue and gross profit. As the Senior Sales Leader, you will manage the sales results across the department, implement practices that support team activities, run campaigns across sales channels, lead the team, enforce sales discipline, and make fast decisions based on sales and business data. Working closely with the Managing Director and operations teams to deliver the results required to achieve business and sales objectives.

What You're Accountable For

* WA revenue and gross profit performance
* Clear sales strategy and channel planning (dealers, fleet, commercial, end users)
* Sales team output, capability, and accountability
* Consistent use of sales process, CRM, and forecasting
* Accurate, timely data to support fast decisions

Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver WA sales targets and margin outcomes
* Build and execute a practical sales plan with clear priorities and timelines
* Set expectations for pipeline, activity levels, conversion, and close rates
* Lead, coach, and manage the sales team with regular cadence: pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and performance reviews
* Hold the team accountable for CRM accuracy, forecasting, and deal hygiene
* Personally manage key accounts and high‐value opportunities
* Drive new business through structured prospecting and channel development
* Work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns support sales outcomes
* Oversee pricing discipline and quoting, including BOM‐based quotes
* Coordinate with operations and the workshop to ensure profitable, on‐time delivery
* Track performance metrics and adjust quickly when results are off plan
* Represent the business at industry and major customer engagement events

About You

* Proven sales leadership experience with the ability to set and achieve sales targets
* Strong technical background in vehicle bodies, fit‐outs, transport equipment, or fleet vehicle sales
* Comfortable managing people, performance issues, and tough conversations
* Highly organised, structured, and disciplined in how you run a sales department
* Confident using data to make business decisions and present to senior leaders across the business
* Commercially sharp with a strong grasp of margin, pricing, and cost control
* Experienced with CRM systems and sales reporting
* Direct communicator who values clarity over buzzwords
