Are you customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team, ensuring outstanding experiences for our clients in a fast-paced retail and online environment.

Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing all customer interactions, improving processes, and driving a culture of excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order management, problem resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Work in the customer service team, providing high levels of service across all channels
Develop and implement recent customer service strategies to enhance the overall client experience
Oversee order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses
Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize the customer journey
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-driven approach
Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, systems, and policies with a strong focus on automation

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist (ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in order management, CRM systems, and customer service best practices. Shopify, Gorgias & Starshipit are highly regarded
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
