Overview
You'\'ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of around 6 Sales Executives. You\'ll set individual sales targets to achieve team & organisational sales objectives. You\'ll incentivise the team to hit targets, as well as monitoring performance and using coaching skills to onboard and train best sales practices.

Requirements For This Role
* A minimum of 1 year managing a team of Account Executives in a B2B environment
* A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
