Audiology Clinic Reception and Administration Role – Darwin

About the Role
This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll be trained in all aspects of the role, including:
* Delivering exceptional customer service: Over the phone and face-to-face, making clients feel welcome and supported.
* Clinic preparation: Ensuring everything is ready to provide seamless client care.
* Hearing aid orders and processing: Training provided to master this essential task.
* Bluetooth device connectivity: Helping clients connect hearing aids to phones and other devices.
* Invoicing and receipting: Processing client and manufacturer invoices.
* General administrative duties: Filing, cleaning, assisting with private health rebates and insurance claims.
* Hearing Services Program: Handling processes and claims with confidence.
* Client device management: Assisting with insertion, cleaning, and basic hearing aid maintenance.

Training Provided
Whislt we are looking for someone with previous Medical Administration or Allied Health Administration experience, you will also be trained to handle minor hearing aid repairs and maintenance, allowing you to help clients get their devices back in working order. This hands-on aspect of the job ensures you'll make a tangible difference in people's daily lives.
