Purpose: This is a leadership opportunity with a global hospitality brand where you will take ownership of all aspects of this beachfront resort. You will lead operational excellence, drive strong commercial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be present across the business supporting and developing your teams, strengthening key stakeholder relationships, and shaping a high-performance culture aligned to Accor’s global standards. You will lead with visibility, influence, and purpose, playing a key role in the continued success of the property while representing a world-leading hospitality brand. Primary Responsibilities: To Oversee all areas of resort operations in conjunction with external tenants and shared services Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team focused on guest experience and operational excellence Drive commercial performance through strategic revenue management and cost control Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and regional support teams Maintain high standards of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction Support and empower your department head team to recruit, develop, and retain engaged team members who contribute to a positive workplace culture Represent the resort within the local community and support engagement initiatives Collaborate with Strata and Owners Corporation representatives alongside the Building Manager Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a General Manager or senior hotel operations leadership role Strong understanding of hotel operations across multiple departments Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build a positive, people-first culture Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability Confident stakeholder management skills, including owners and external partners Experience in MLR or strata-based environments highly regarded Real Estate Licence (Class 1) advantageous but not essential
