Key Responsibilities
Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
Provide essential administrative support to ensure our community runs smoothly.
Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.
Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care experience is a plus).
A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills.
A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community.
The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks.
