The Role Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role provides hands-on exposure across cash management, liquidity, debt, and financial risk management within a sophisticated treasury environment. It is well suited to someone looking to deepen their treasury skillset while gaining visibility with senior finance leadership and governance forums. The role blends operational treasury with analytical and reporting responsibilities and offers exposure to complex funding structures and capital markets instruments. Key Responsibilities Daily cash, liquidity, and banking management, including reconciliations and forecasting Preparation of monthly and quarterly treasury reporting for senior leadership and Board-level forums Support the administration and management of the group’s debt portfolio Assist with refinancing activities, new funding initiatives, and treasury modelling Support interest rate and financial risk management, including hedge documentation Assist with covenant compliance, investor reporting, and rating agency requests Drive continuous improvement across treasury processes, controls, and reporting About You Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar Minimum 2 years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or a related role Strong understanding of cash management, debt instruments, and financial markets Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills High attention to detail with strong analytical capability Confident communicator, able to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working in a structured, governance-led environment Why This Role?
