About the Role: Scheduling and Administration Officer – Aged Care
The Scheduling and Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of culturally safe and responsive aged care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders. Working within a collaborative team environment, this position is responsible for scheduling aged care staff using Leecare software to ensure timely and effective service delivery in clients' homes and community settings. The role also provides general administrative support to the Aged Care team.
What You Need to Succeed
Demonstrated experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in aged care or community services.
* Proficiency in using Leecare or similar scheduling and client management systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* High level of personal resilience and flexibility with the ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and complete data entry.
